Yes, you can build a PC inside your PC or Laptop. The PC Building Simulator, while originally conceptualized by an 18-year old Romanian developer, Claudiu Kiss. He did create a pre-alpha version in 2017, but the idea was quickly picked up by an Indie publisher and is now available on Steam Early Access.
Here’s What you need to run it:
OS: Windows 7 or higher
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Athlon X4 740 (or equivalent)
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 660 (2048 MB) or Radeon R9 285 (2048 MB)
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 4 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX compatible
Although, when you think about it, this game actually does have its uses. Many first time PC builders are not too confident about certain aspects. This will help them get rid of the nervousness that comes with building a PC and will also teach users like me about concepts such as water cooling.
Speaking of which, water cooling and overclocking are also set to be added into the game at a later date. Futuremark has also decided to jump on board, thus allowing component buyers to benchmark their build before even buying the physical components. Good stuff.
